Curtailment of groundwater wells in the South Platte River Basin
Bob Longenbaugh

Bob's presentation is even handed in discussing the interest of both agriculture and the municipalities involved.  It is a power point presentation that held our club spellbound for forty minutes.  I highly recommend it.
