Rotary Youth Leadership Award is a 5-day leadership conference held at the YMCA of the Rockies, in Estes Park, Colorado. Two Rotary districts covering Wyoming, Colorado and parts of Nebraska join together to provide this opportunity for and recognition of potential youth leaders. This program is for young men and women who have completed their sophmore or junior year in high school. Objectives of the program are accomplished through a week of activities such as teambuilding exercises, motivational speakers and opportunities to exchange ideas and opinions with other talented young people who attend the conference.
