As part of the RAILS TO TRAILS pathway, Casper Rotary Club is assisting with the pathway near the Nicolaysen Art Museum and Discovery Center; learning is the theme of this area. The design for a gazebo is in progress. In addition, the Casper Rotary Foundation, with funds dedicated to the memory of Mrs. Sue Jorgensen, has

purchased statuary of children at play. The City of Casper will provide the curb, pathway paving, grass and trees.
