The Casper Rotary Club has hosted scores of high school students from around the world; in the last three years we have had students from Norway, Japan, Turkey, Belgium and the Phillipines. This year the club is hosting a student from France and Spain. We believe such exchanges promote cultural understanding and have a tendency to bring people together even when they live worlds apart.
