Notes:

May 2007 Report: Approval of the project has just been received from the Rotary Foundation. The team will visit El Chile this summer and help install the water pumping system to get the water from the spring to the central storage tank. Community members will dig the lines for the pipe and help string the electrical line to the spring for the pump. The electrical wire is being donated by the Rotary Club of San Salvador Noreste. The project could be completed by the end of the summer trip.
Our club’s share is $3000, plus a $1000 individual contribution. Broomfield pledged $2500 which Alan will collect when he visits the club soon. Their money should go in to the Foundation. Our clubs money will be sent directly to the account set up by the San Miguel Rotary Club.
