2. Rotary Read Fort Collins - this was a tri-club effort, but now is quad-club effort with the chartering of the After Work Club in January, 2003. The program's purpose is to foster reading by younger children. Incentives include giving "coupons" to the most avid reader to buy books. Pizza Hut works with us in providing 2 for the price of 1, if a person has a Rotary Read Pizza Hut card, which the clubs sell for $10 and are valid for one year. The World Community Service Committee seeks small amounts from our Club with "matching" funds from District 5440 and the Rotary Foundation. organizations for various purpose to helpsupport a specific program. Applications
are accepted early in each calendar year and the grants are made in May.
