5. NEW PROJECTS
(For new proposals; they will stay in this section for two months and then move to Pending Projects or dropped.)
1. Possible Malnutrition project in Gualan, Guatemala. From Claude Pich&eachte and Joe Looper. More information at our next meeting.


2. Malnutrition project in Salvassa, India from P. K. Vedanthan. P. K. requested $2,000 from our club for a $13,000 project. More information at our next meeting.


3. Two new projects from the Fort Collins Rotary Breakfast Club were discussed. Each had a project sheet. There were questions about the possibility of asking for more from the District Share funds and less from each club. We approved one project, Surgical Rotary Camp in Shimoga, but asked if the source of funds can be adjusted for more from the district. We did not approve the second project, Aralagodu Primary Health Care Center, because again we thought that the amount of District share funds could be more and the amount from the clubs could be less. These will be discussed again at the next meeting.
